DOC3D^® is a process that involves the use of glass gobs with exactly the right weight to precision-mold large-format aspheres and free-form lenses with optical surfaces on both sides in a single fully automated operation.

DOCFAST^® is a new process that makes it possible to mold smaller optical components with complex surface geometries (e.g., lens arrays, free-form lenses, concentrators and light pipes) in large numbers from glass as it leaves the furnace.

DOCLight^® is a process based on proven technology that permits production of thick-walled polymer lenses (PC and PMMA) for sophisticated applications with acceptable cycle times.
