Production of Prototypes

Docter Optics produces prototypes that feature exceptional precision on the basis of customer data. Examples include:

• Projection lenses of any kind in all stages for which samples are required
• Optical components in any shape that correspond exactly to industrial production
• Complete optical subassemblies and optical devices as approval samples or samples for production
• Production of patterns and molds for prototypes

Production of prototypes is coordinated with all other Docter Optics departments involved to ensure permanent control and inspection of actual samples during all production steps. Customers benefit from close collaboration between development departments and the fact that it is not necessary to outsource production of prototypes and samples.
