Band/Wire/Jet/Laser Cutting
Advanced band and wire-saw machines and laser and Jet-cutting systems make it possible to produce high-precision blanks in the form of bars, blocks, slices, rods and sheet of optical glass. We can also process overdimensioned stock measuring up to 1000 x 1000 mm, and we offer special material-saving cutting techniques for semi-finished wafer products.
Grinding/Polishing
We can grind and polish optical glass components with diameters of up to 1000 mm. Special technology makes it possible to process long, thin rods (up to 1500 x approx. 200 mm) for specific applications like machine-tools, for example. Of course, we also final polish lenses, filters, prisms ...
Milling/Drilling
Our milling service makes it possible to save enormous amounts of time when it comes to the production of lenses. With our high-precision CNC milling centers, we can deliver virtually any desired milled shape in very little time. Of course, our services include drilling, for example, core drilling to produce lenses and other components of optical glass.
Coating
Using the most appropriate technique for the specific application, we can coat a wide range of different glass substrates for virtually any spectral range, for example, polarization und interference filters, mirrors (laser, cold light), UV, IR and visible light.
